3.2 General Bonus Terms
- No more than one welcome bonus can be claimed by the same person, household, or IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.

3.3 VIP Program

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at kh999 is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Each deposit must be made from an account registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request has been verified, funds will generally reach your account within 30 minutes to 3 hours. It is recommended that the account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals be the same.
